Pick a time on the right and pay the $500 when you book. We spend the first half of the hour asking about your business and the second half working on your question. You’ll get a written summary within 24 hours.
What you leave with
- A direct answer to the revenue question you bring
- The two or three biggest leaks visible from the outside
- Your next three actions, with a rough dollar figure where we can estimate one
- A one-page written summary, and a recommendation on whether any further work makes sense
Before the call
The booking form asks for one thing: the question you want answered. Your confirmation email includes a short intake form (about 10 minutes). Please complete it at least 24 hours before the call so we can spend the call on your question instead of background. It asks for:
- Revenue for the last 12 months and the year before, roughly by service
- Your current price list, and when it last changed
- How many proposals you sent in the last 90 days, and how many were won
- Where your last ten clients came from
If you can, also email your revenue export and your last two or three proposals to pablo@coreedge.co.
Payment is handled by Calendly through Stripe; RightSide never sees your card details. The consultation fee is non-refundable. You can reschedule once, free, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
